What is Hemp CBD Oil (Cannabidiol) & what are its benefits?
Hemp /cannabis derived CBD Oil (Cannabidiol) is a powerful non-psychotropic phytocannabinoid (plant compound) found in varying amounts in Cannabis Indica, Cannabis Ruderalis and Cannabis Sativa. Cannabidiol has become known for its neuroprotective, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties and benefits that extend to treating anxiety, depression, chronic or acute pain, and dozens of other significant health issues.
Our growers have focussed on creating hybrid strains that are high in CBD but somewhat lower in THC, the compound that produces the ‘high’. The CBD Oil
component accounts for at least 40% of the total cannabinoids extracted from the plant. CBD has proven to be effective as an alternative or complement to conventional drugs, treatments and therapies. CBD Oil can be used in all the following ways:

How to understand CBD Oil (Cannabidiol) product strength and calculate your CBD dosage
Use this equation to calculate product strength:
MG PER ML = (mg CBD) ÷ (ml container volume) >> e.g 750mg ÷ 30ml = 25mg per ml
Use this equation to calculate cost per ml
PRICE PER ML = (mg CBD) ÷ (unit price) >> e.g. 750mg ÷ $108 = $6.94 per mg
As a guide for dosage: 1 drop = .05ml / 20 drops = 1ml
Therapeutic effects of CBD and THC found in cannabis.
For many years people have seen great therapeutic benefits from the the use of products that have contain both CBD and THC however based on the most recent empirical research, clinical experiments and a growing wealth of compelling anecdotal evidence, that THC free or low THC Cannabidiol (CBD Oil) products seem to be able to deliver all the wellness and medicinal effects most people would require. We know that humans and animals have an endocannabinoid system that naturally produces cannabinoid receptor proteins throughout the body. We produce our own endogenous cannabinoids that act on the body and human brain. The human brain has more cannabinoid (CBD) receptors (anandamides) than any other type of protein receptor. We also now know that the phytocannabinoids in cannabis match the human endocannabinoids so closely it’s almost as if the plant was created especially for us. We believe that cannabis should be decriminalized globally to enable easy and legal access to buy CBD products here online and anywhere else. Health and wellness is a Human Right!
Nevada is one of the more progressive states when it comes to cannabis policies, allowing legal access to cannabis for both medical and recreational purposes.
CBD from Hemp Oil in Nevada
Hemp CBD oil is federally legal in the U.S. Individual state laws, however, are dynamic and some states have and will enact their own laws regulating hemp-derived CBD.
Medical Cannabis in Nevada
Nevada was one of the earliest states to pass medical cannabis laws, with 65% of voters approving Ballot Question 9 in 2000. Since, the law has been amended twice (once in 2001 and once in 2013) to create further regulations for the distribution of and access to cannabis.
Patients must have written documentation from a doctor in order to possess cannabis. The state also created a registry, which gives patients greater legal protection. Under the law, patients may possess up to 2 ½ ounces of usable cannabis and cultivate up to 12 mature plants. Many medical conditions are approved for medical cannabis use in the state. The Division will also consider additional conditions, subject to approval.
As of December 2016, Nevada had 25,358 active medical cannabis cardholders. As of late January 2017, the state had 49 open and operating dispensaries. More info v=can be found at the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health website.
Recreational Cannabis in Nevada
Over 54 percent of Nevada voters approved ballot initiative Question 2 to legalize recreational cannabis in November 2016. The law allows adults 21 and over to use and possess up to 1 ounce or less of cannabis for recreational purposes.
The law regulates cannabis like alcohol, removing all legal penalties for personal use and imposing a 15 percent excise tax, with revenue being spent on schools and enforcing the measure. Adults are also permitted to grow up to six cannabis plants, provided cultivation takes place in an enclosed area with a lock.
Cultivation of Cannabis in Nevada
Qualified medical cannabis patients are legally allowed to cultivate up to three mature plants and four immature plants. Under Question 2, adults 21 and older are permitted to grow up to 12 plants for personal use. In June 2015, Senate Bill 305 was signed into law, permitting the cultivation of industrial hemp on a limited basis and as part of a state-sponsored pilot program. The state’s very first industrial crop was harvested in October 2016.

Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of at least 113 active cannabinoids identified
in cannabis. It is a major phytocannabinoid, accounting for up to 40% of the plant’s extract. CBD is considered to have a wide scope of potential medical applications – due to clinical reports showing the lack of side effects, particularly a lack of psychoactivity (as is typically
associated with ∆9-THC), and non-interference with several psychomotor learning and psychological functions.
About Nevada (NV)
Nevada lies within the Great Basin and is mostly desert and semi-arid. South of the Great Basin, parts of Nevada are within the Mojave Desert. Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada lie on the western edge of the Great Basin. Around 86% of the state’s land is managed by various jurisdictions of the U.S. federal government, both civilian and military. The famous and highly classified Area 51 is in Nevada.
Before European arrival Nevada was inhabited by members of Native American peoples from the Paiute, Shoshone, and Washoe tribes. The first Europeans (Spanish) to explore the region called the region Nevada (snowy) because of the winter snow covered the mountains. The area was part of the Viceroyalty of New Spain, and became part of Mexico when it gained independence in 1821 becoming annexed to the United States in 1848 after its victory in the Mexican–American War’ Nevada was incorporated as part of Utah Territory in 1850. The discovery of silver at the Comstock Lode in 1859 created a population boom whose outcome became the creation of Nevada Territory in 1861. Nevada became the 36th state in 1864 and the second state, after Virginia, to be added to the Union during the Civil War.
Nevada has always had a reputation for its liberal laws. In 1940, with a population of just over 110,000 people, Nevada was the least-populated state, however, legalized gambling and lenient marriage and divorce laws transformed Nevada into a major tourist destination in the 20th century. Nevada is the only U.S. state where prostitution is legal, though it is illegal in some counties including Clark County (Las Vegas), Washoe County (Reno) and Carson City. Tourism remains Nevada’s biggest employer, with mining continuing as a substantial sector of the economy: Nevada is the fourth-largest producer of gold in the world.
